How to get a hollowed prototype part in stamping way

Technology Sharing – Deep Draw Stamping.

Both for prototyping or production case, to get a hollowed sheet steel part, One of the methods we used is called “deep draw stamping”. The following 3 pictures show how to make hollowed part by deep draw stamping way.

Step 1; prepare the deep draw forming dies and the flat raw sheet steel.

Step 2; forming operation done by hydraulic press machine.

Step 3; we get primary correct shaped part per design.
