Stereo lithography-SLA is a form of 3D printing technology used for creating models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photopolymerization, a process by which light causes chains of molecules to link, forming polymers. Those polymers then make up the body of a three-dimensional solid.
Metalstar equips 4x high-performance 3D SLA printers. Our capacity as following:
1. Produce high-accuracy parts in white, clear(transparent) and elastomer parts which are being widely used in the field of toys, art-crafts, air-crafts and medical treatment device etc.
2. The biggest single part off the machinery can be up to 600x600x400mm. For bigger part than this dimension, can be printed by splitting and then joint them together as original designed one part by gluing, screwing or other jointing method upon customers’ agreement.
3. The accuracy can be achieved to +/-0.05mm.
4. 4kgs~8kgs high quality rapid prototyping parts can be completed and ready for delivering to customer within 5 days.
